50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $4,000 and the utility deposit is $1,000. Utilities include electricity and WiFi.  Snow and trash removal by owner/association. Tenants to place trash in the HOA designated dusterss.  Bedding linens are  supplied. Tenants are to hire a cleaner once per monont..  A maximum of 6 people allowed in the unit.  Tenants to purchase renter's insurance. No pets or smoking, please.
