The amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool (heated), a gym and a restaurant for a family lunch. Come and stay the winter at Okemo Mountain Resort and find the fun!

Terms:
The lease payment with security and utility deposits are all due upon signing. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026, to April 11, 2027.  The security deposit is $4,000 and the utility deposit is $1,000. Utilities include electricity and WiFi.  Snow and trash removal by owner/association. Tenants are to place trash in the HOA designated dumpsters.  Bedding linens are supplied. Tenants are to hire a cleaner once per month.  A maximum of 6 people are allowed in the unit.  No pets or smoking, please.
