The amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool (heated), a gym and a restaurant for a family lunch. Come and stay the winter at Okemo Mountain Resort and find the fun!

Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026, to April 11, 2027.  The security deposit is $4,000 and the utility deposit is $1,000. Utilities include electricity and WiFi.  Snow and trash removal by owner/association. Tenants are to place trash in the HOA designated dumpsters.  Bedding linens are supplied. Tenants are to hire a cleaner once per month.  A maximum of 6 people are allowed in the unit.  No pets or smoking, please.
