Utilities include electricity and premium cable channels.  Local phone service is provided. No candles or smoking. Thermostat needs to be set to 68 when tenant is not in residence for more than 24 hours; hot and cold main water valves to be shut off when not in residence for more than 24 hours. A max of 8 people to stay overnight. Property to be professionally cleaned, including carpets, at end of lease. Solitude Association maintenance will have the right to access property periodically for safety, frozen pipes, etc. during lease term. No pets.
