50% of lease amount is due upon signing. The balance of lease payment and all deposits (security and utility) due before October 15, 2026. Utilities include propane, electricity, plowing and internet/WFi. The lease dates are from December 1, 2026 and April 4, 2027.  All bedroom linens are supplied. Trash removal is the tenant's responsibility with landlord providing Mt Holly trash stickers. No pets and no smoking allowed.  There is an end-of-season cleaning fee of $350.
