Tenant pays for propane, electricity, tv/internet, and plowing/sanding.  Owner will provide a trash sticker for the Mt Holly Transfer Station.  Mid-season (2/1/2026) and end-of-season cleaning to be part of lease agreement.  The fee is $350 per cleaning.  Linens are supplied by owner.  No smoking.  Pets are negotiable with deposit and fee.  Tenant agrees that non-adult members will not occupy the unit overnight nor any party associated with the tenant use the unit overnight without tenant being present,
