Terms:
50% of lease amount is due upon signing. The balance with security deposit ($4,000) is due 45 days before the start of the lease.  This home can be rented for 2, 3, or 4 months at $15,000 per month, between December 1, 2026 and April 15, 2027.  The utility deposit will depend upon the term of the lease. Utilities include electricity, propane, cable, plowing, and firewood.  All bedroom linens are supplied. Trash removal is the tenant's responsibility with trash pick-up on Mondays.  The road and plowing is shared with the neighbor.  Firewood is in the shed and more can be obtained.  Pets are negotiable with a deposit and fee (no cats).
