50% of lease amount with security deposit ($3,000) due upon signing, with full balance due before November 15, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027. Bed linens are supplied. Utilities are included. Tenants to take trash to HOA dumpsters. No smoking please.  Pets are negotiable with a $1,000 deposit and a non-refundable $500 fee.
