50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $3,500 and the utility deposit is $3,000. Utilities include electricity, propane and high-speed internet. Snow and trash removal by  the homeowner association. Tenants to place trash in the HOA designated location.  Bedding linens are supplied. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. No pets, please.
