Terms:
Payment of the full lease amount, plus the security and utility deposits are due at signing. The seasonal lease dates are November 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026. The security deposit is $4,000 and the utility deposit is $2,500. Utilities include electricity, propane, wifi, cable tv and phone. Bedding linens are supplied. Trash and snow removal are handled by the Homeowner's Association, although tenant will need to place trash in community dumpster. No smoking or pets allowed.
Directions:
From Route 103, towards the Clock Tower Base, take Mountain Road. Turn right at the small red ban ("THE LOFT") onto Okemo Ridge Road. Go PAST the Kettle Brook main entrance sign and Kettle Brook Road, and turn left at the first entrance on left onto POND ROAD with its sign "KETTLE BROOK BUILDINGS A & B".
