Terms: The seasonal lease dates are November 15, 2025  to April 12, 2026.  50% deposit upon signing lease, balance by October 15, 2025 with security deposit ($2,500.) and utility deposit ($2,100.). Utilities to be paid by tenant include propane, electric, cable and water.  Snow and trash removal by the association. Bath towels, kitchen utensils, and pillows are supplied.  Tenants to supply bed linens.  1 small dog is allowed wtih additional deposit and fee.
