Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease. Balance due with security and utility deposits on October 1, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026, to April 11, 2027. The security deposit is $1,500 and the utility deposit is $1,600. Utilities include electricity, heat and cable/wi-fi. Snow and trash removal by the homeowner association. Tenants to place trash in the HOA designated location. Bedding linens are supplied. No pets or smoking, please.
