Brookhaven condos are conveniently located in the village close to shopping and restaurants and just two miles from the lifts of Okemo Mountain. Convenient Okemo shuttle service to the mountain on weekends and holiday periods.
Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026. The security deposit is $1,500 and the utility deposit is $1,600. Utilities include electricity, heat and cable/wi-fi. Snow and trash removal by the homeowner association. Tenants to place trash in the HOA designated location. Bedding linens are supplied. No pets, please.
