The seasonal lease dates are December 12, 2025 to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $2,000 and the utility deposit is $4,200. Utilities include electricity, oil, propane, wifi/internet, and plowing/sanding.   Bedding linens are supplied.  Tenant must remove their own trash.  The owner takes care of snow removal although cost is part of utility deposit.  No smoking allowed.  Pets are negotiable with additional deposit and fee.
