Bed linens and kitchen items supplied. Utilities to be paid by tenant include electric, trash removal and show plowing. One pet available with additional pet deposit ($500) and non-refundable pet fee ($300).  No smoking or vaping permitted on premises.  Renters agree to hire professional cleaner to clean premises within two weeks of end of rental period.  In the alternative, renters may pay the owner a cleaning fee of $400.
