The home has 4 bedrooms, maximum sleeping for 8 people, 2 bathrooms and a living room fireplace,Entering on the second level you will find an open kitchen/dining/living area along with 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 on the upper, along with a bath on each level. Very easy ride to both resorts. There is not a washer/dryer in the rental, there is a hot tub with a maintenance cost for added outdoor fun! (Note: There is a 2 bedroom apartment below that the owners will use infrequently).

Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $1,700 and the utility deposit is $3,500. Utilities include propane, electricity, internet, and hot tub maintenance.    Bedding linens are supplied. Tenants responsible for plowing.  Owner is responsible for trash removal.  There is not a washer and dryer available.  8 people maximum.  This is the top 2 floors of the home, located between Okemo and Killington.  The owners may use the lower two-bedroom apartment at times.  Pets are allowed only if crated with deposit and fee.
