50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 15, 2025, to April 15, 2026.  The security deposit is $2,500 and the utility deposit is $5,000. Utilities include propane, electricity, wifi/cable/internet, phone, trash removal and plowing.    Bedding linens are supplied.  Snow and trash removal is $800 of the utility deposit. Weekly pickup of trash from front porch is scheduled for Monday's throughout the season. Maximum of 6 people allowed. Owners reserve the right to interview prospective lessees in relation to allowing a dog.  A pet deposit and pet fee will apply.
