Snow and trash removal is $800 of the utility deposit. Weekly pickup of trash from front porch is scheduled for Monday's throughout the season. Maximum of 6 people allowed. Owners reserve the right to interview prospective lessees in relation to allowing a dog. A pet deposit and pet fee will apply.
