Terms:  50% deposit upon signing lease, balance by October 15, 2025 with deposits ($1,000 security plus $1,000. utility deposit). The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025 to April 12, 2026.  Tenant to pay utilities (electric, heat (electric) and WIFI). Bedding, linens, dining, and kitchen supplies are included in the rental. The unit has a smart TV.  There is a communal coin-operated laundry in the building.  Trash and snow removal is provided.  Dumpster available on-site for tenant use. No smoking. No pets.
