Terms:
50% of lease payment due upon signing. The balance of lease payment and all deposits (security and utility) due before October 1, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027. The security deposit is $3,000 and the utility deposit is $3,500. Utilities to be paid by tenant include propane, electric, cable, WIFI and plowing. Trash removal by tenant. Please take the trash to the Ludlow Recycling Station on Route 100 South. Cleaning service paid by owner within two weeks of the start date of lease and tenant to pay within two weeks following the end of the lease period. No smoking. Pet negotiable with deposit and fee. Firewood included.
