Walk to the shuttle bus to be dropped off for a day of skiing/boarding, and/or drive into town for shopping and dining.

Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due by October 15, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027. The security deposit is $3,000 and the utility deposit is $3,500. Utilities to be paid by tenant include propane, electric, cable, WIFI and plowing. Trash removal by tenant. Please take the trash to the Ludlow Recycling Station on Route 100 South. Cleaning service paid by tenant within two weeks of the start date of lease. and within two weeks following the end of the lease period. No smoking. One dog permitted with deposit of $500 and fee of $600. Firewood included. Maximum of 5 people.
