A short walk to the base area makes skiing and snowboarding incredibly convenient, and coming home to the cozy house at the end of each day is wonderfully stress-free. Additionally, driving into town takes just a couple of minutes, where you can find a long list of amazing restaurants and other amenities. Owner occupied lower apartment with separate entrance. Bedding, linens, kitchen and dining provided.

Terms: All deposits and rent to be paid upon signing lease. Deposits are $2,500 for security and $4,000 for utilities. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025 to April 13, 2026. Bedding and linens are supplied. Snow removal is paid by renter. Trevor Benson does snow removal for approximately $1000, which is part of the utility deposit. Renter to pay other utilities (electric, propane, cable, Wifi), also as part of utility deposit. Renter pays for trash removal and takes trash to the Ludlow transfer station. Parking is in front of the house. Side parking is not recommended or allowed. The Apartment in the lowest level my be occupied by owner's son during lease term. No pets. No smoking, please.
