Bedding, linens, kitchen and dining provided.

Terms:

50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2026. Deposits are $2,700 for security and $4,000 for utilities. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027. Bedding and linens are supplied.  Utilities paid by renter include electric, propane, cable, Wifi, snow removal/sanding. Trevor Benson does snow removal and sanding for approximately $1000, which is part of the utility deposit. Renter also takes trash to the Ludlow transfer station. Parking is in front of the house. Side parking is not recommended or allowed. The Apartment in the lowest level may be occupied by owner's son during lease term. No pets. No smoking, please.
