Terms:
50% of lease amount due upon signing, with full balance with security deposit ($2,000) and utility deposit ($5,000) due before October 15, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027. Bed linens are supplied. Utilities include electricity, propane, cable, and WiFi. Tenants are to provide their own trash removal and will pay the plowing service directly. No smoking please.  Pets are negotiable with an additional deposit and a non-refundable fee.
