This single family home has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with Sling T.V. Linens and basic household supplies are provided. l'Or coffee maker takes specific pods and is compatible with Nespresso pods. Please bring personal toiletries and cosmetics. Any questions, let us know! Guests will have access to the entire home. Parking is limited to three spaces behind the house. 

Ludlow is the heart of Okemo Valley - we are primarily a ski town and winter is our busiest season but we are truly a four season location with activities and events all year long. Okemo Mountain has consistently been recognized for its snow-making expertise and its family-friendly environment. Lots of great restaurants make dining out a pleasure. Come stay and play! 

This home is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. During the ski season, it is located on the Okemo Mountain Shuttle Route. Please refer to the current shuttle schedule for details.

Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025 to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $1,500 and the utility deposit is $4,000. Utilities include heating fuel, electricity, WiFi, sanding, and trash.   Bedding linens are supplied.  No pets and no smoking.
