50% deposit upon signing. Balance of the lease, with security and utility deposits, due before October 15, 2026. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027.  The security deposit is $3,900 and the utility deposit is $2,500. Utilities include electricity, propane, and 1/2 the cost of plowing/trash; WiFi is included.   Bedding linens are supplied.  No smoking allowed.  Pets are negotiable with additional deposit and fee.
