Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on December 1, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are December 19, 2025 to March15, 2026.  The security deposit is $2,000 and the utility deposit is $3,850. Utilities include electricity, propane, wifi, and plowing/sanding.   Bedding linens are supplied.  Tenant must remove their own trash.  No smoking allowed.  Pets are negotiable with additional deposit and fee.
