Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $3,000 and the utility deposit is $3,000. Utilities include oil, electricity, plowing, propane and WIFI.  Trash removal is paid by the owner. Bedding linens are not supplied. Pets with owner approval only and additional deposit and fee.
