Terms:
50% deposit upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. Balance due on October 15, 2025. The seasonal lease dates are November 14, 2025, to April 12, 2026.  The security deposit is $3,000 and the utility deposit is $6,000. Utilities include heat, electricity, internet, and plowing.    Bedding linens are supplied. Owner will supply Ludlow Transfer stickers.  Tenants will need to take trash to transfer station.  Snow removal is part of the utility deposit. No smoking of any kind.  Maximum of 8 people allowed. One pet is allowed with owner permission and a $500 deposit and $500 fee.
