The lease dates are from November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027.  The security deposit is $2,000 and the utility deposit is $6,500.  All bedroom linens are supplied. No pets, no smoking, no candles, no parties and no more than 8 tenants as per zoning. Owners retain right for repair and maintenance technicians to enter property and take photos for owner of repairs and maintenance requests.  Owners will arrange with tenants.
