50% payment upon signing the lease with security and utility deposits. The seasonal lease dates are November 13, 2026 to April 11, 2027.  The security deposit is $2,500 and the utility deposit is $4,500. Utilities include electric, oil and WiFi.   Bedding linens are not supplied.  Snow and trash removal are the responsibility of the tenant.  No pets and no smoking.
